Body language is the oldest means of communication. Body language always
provides clues about you. You may be using the wrong body language and hence
giving wrong messages in private and professional life. Research shows that words
communicate 7% of the message, and the remaining is communicated by body
language (55%) and stresses on words and phrases (38%). The proportions may
differ from one communication to another, but body language never loses its
importance and power in communication.
During this two-week course, visual materials will be used to provide examples of
body language. Participants can contact the instructor to ask any questions about
the course.
