As employees, we go through certain processes after they get accepted to a job. We
are watched and controlled, and try to make new relations in every environment
where we are “new”. After we are accepted to a job, one of the challenges we
experience is managing to keep the job.
This two-week course is designed for those who wish to gain knowledge related to
holding down a job, written and unwritten workplace rules and procedures, and
professional conduct and ethics. Participants can contact the instructor to ask any
questions about the course.

Günümüz koşullarında bireyler işe kabul edildikten sonra da belirli süreçler yaşarlar. “Yeni” olduğumuz her ortamda izlendiğimiz, değerlendirildiğimiz ve yeni ilişkiler kurmaya çalıştığımız ortadadır. İşe kabul edildikten sonra da işte tutunmak karşımıza çıkan bir başka zorlu yoldur.
İş tutunmak için ne yapmalı, çalışma yaşamının yazılı olan ve olmayan kuralları, kısaca iş yeri davranış biçimleri ve etik kurallar konusunda kendisini geliştirmek isteyen herkes bu eğitimin hedef kitlesini oluşturmaktadır. Ders toplam 2 hafta sürecektir. Konuya dair her türlü soruyu dersin öğretim elemanına sorabilirsiniz.
