Introduction to infographics and data visualisation

Introduction to infographics and data visualisation

Description

Information visualisation has become one of the fastest growing tools in multiple professional fields such as statistics, scientific research and journalism. It is used to analise and extract data and make it meaningful for both a specialised target and a massive audience. This is because very often a graphic is the only way to perceive patterns and trends in complex data sets. This course will lead you through the guidelines to use the graphics, maps and diagrams to understand the data and gain attractiveness to the stories behind them.
